Before we design anything, we listen.
We'll meet with you for an initial consultation, visit and assess your property, and talk through your vision, goals, and budget. This is our opportunity to understand what you love about your home, what isn't working, and what you hope your new space can become.
You don't need to have every detail figured out. That's what the process is for.
This is where ideas begin taking shape.
Our team develops a concept for your project, explores material and finish options, and uses 3D renderings to help you visualize the transformation before it's built.
We'll review the design together and make revisions as needed, refining the details until the vision feels right for you and your home.
Once you're confident in the design, we'll finalize the details needed to move your project forward.
This stage includes final material selections, confirming the complete scope of work, signing the contract, and collecting the project deposit. By the end of this phase, the major decisions are made, and your project has a clear direction.
There's important work that happens behind the scenes before construction begins.
Our team moves through drafting, permitting, utility locating, and ordering any special materials required for your project. Taking care of these details ahead of time helps prepare your project for a smoother transition into construction.
Now it's time to bring the design to life.
Depending on the project, construction may include framing and structural work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes, and installation. Our in-house team works alongside specialized trade partners when needed to execute the project with the quality and attention to detail NüPro expects.
You'll also receive progress updates throughout the build, so you stay connected to what's happening at your home.
Construction may be complete, but our job isn't finished quite yet.
We'll complete final inspections and walk through the project with you to identify any remaining punch-list items. Once those details are addressed, you'll provide final sign-off and the remaining project balance is completed.
Then comes the part we've been working toward from the beginning: enjoying the space we created together.
